Accepted forms of payment without an account:

Cash or Cashier's check

Visa / Master Card / American Express / Discover (No debit for deposit)

Completed credit card authorization form required

Legible images of credit card (front & back) required

Legible image of valid I.D. required.

Do not FAX credit card or identification. FAXed images are too dark and cannot be accepted. Instead, please email your salesperson this information.

Purchase Order

On Approved Credit Applications Only.

Company Check

Only on Orders Approved for Checks.

Company Name on Check Must Match Company Name on Modern Props Invoice.
