1. The transportation of all modern Props merchandise is the sole responsibility of the renter.


2. Renters are required to provide the following:

Appropriate vehicle

Crewmembers in sufficient numbers

Rope and/or tie downs

Packing pads

Any other equipment necessary to safely transport merchandise

3. Pick-up and drop off hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.


4. Modern Props does not load or unload vehicles.


5. Modern Props reserves the right not to release any order if the above requirements are not met.
